How to add a Name to the Monogram Letter SVG Files

Adding Names to the Monogram Letter SVG Files

Please note that the top 2 layers of the design have a horizontal line running across the frame from one side of the frame to the other.

It is this line that acts as the anchor for the top of the name (to see the finished example take a look at the Unicorn SVG image in step 3).

Simply add your personalized text (in our example, we have used “YOUR TEXT”) to the 1st upper frame layer’s horizontal line that runs across from one side of the frame to the other side (shown in Step 1).

Using a contrasting color cardstock of your choice, with all layers center aligned, place YOUR TEXT directly beneath layer 1.

Then offset YOUR TEXT.

TIP: Copy & Paste the same text that you added on the 1st upper frame layer and position directly under the upper layer on the second layer (remember to attach YOUR TEXT to the appropriate layer).

Once the name has been added to the top 2 layers, the design has been cut and then assembled, it should look like this step 3 Unicorn SVG image.
